About Us – Norman, Sascha & the Idea Behind Echt Holland
Sometimes you meet someone and it just clicks. That’s how it was when we – Norman and Sascha – met at a conference in Hamburg. A shared interest, a great conversation – and the connection was instant.
We share not only a passion for travel and beautiful accommodations, but also the belief that together you achieve more. Norman brings his experience from smart-resorts.de in Winterberg, and Sascha his expertise from sonnenplaetzchen.de, where he already rents out several chalets in the Netherlands. And thus Echt Holland was born: a small platform offering guests unforgettable holiday experiences and owners a top-notch rental service.
Our Team, Our Strengths
Norman and his team ensure everything runs smoothly – from guest inquiries to booking. Sascha has an eye for special accommodations, communicates with the owners, and knows the Netherlands very well – even in Dutch! Together we combine our strengths to make your holiday perfect.
Why the Netherlands? Because it’s simply beautiful!
Sascha loves Enkhuizen on the IJsselmeer, Norman feels most at home on the beaches and along the coast. But our insider tip? The inland! The Netherlands has so much more to offer than windmills and tulips – and that’s exactly what we want to show you.
Dogs Welcome!
We have a special place in our hearts for guests traveling with dogs. We know that a holiday is only truly perfect if your four-legged companion feels comfortable too. That’s why we ensure many of our accommodations are dog-friendly – with plenty of space to play and beautiful walking routes right outside the door.
